Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by Vinbatili LLC, a small business based in the New York and New Jersey area. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and anything you write in the message box. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run your project. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it for marketing, and sending us a message doesn’t give us any rights to your idea.

How your message reaches us

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, a form service that forwards your message to our inbox at [email protected]. Your message passes through Web3Forms and our email provider to get to us. We don’t use it for anything beyond delivering your message.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. If you switch between the light and dark view, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It never reaches us. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running. If we ever add analytics or other tools, we’ll update this notice first.

How long we keep it

If your message leads to a project, we keep it with the project records for as long as we work together and as long as we need to for business and tax records. If it doesn’t, we delete it within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete what you’ve sent us. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
