Hi, I'm Marc.
You don't need to know which technology you need to work with me. You only need to know what you're trying to accomplish. Figuring out the rest is my job.
Where I come from
For more than 18 years, I’ve worked across retail and e-commerce, marketing and CRM, financial services and insurance, healthcare, education and non-profits, for small teams and for global brands.
Most of that time I was the person making sure things worked: turning unclear requests into clear plans, keeping projects moving, and checking every piece before real people depended on it.
What it taught me
Different industries, same pattern. The hardest part is rarely the technology. It's understanding what someone is actually trying to accomplish, connecting the right pieces, and following through until it works.
Curiosity, put to work
When I see work being done the same way by hand, week after week, I want to know whether a tool could do it. I once built an AI tool that checks marketing emails before they go out, work my team used to do by hand.
That's the habit I bring to every project: notice what's slowing you down, then find the simplest thing that fixes it.
How we'll work together
We figure out what needs to happen, bring the right tools to it, and I take responsibility for getting it done. You'll always know what's next, and nothing goes live until it's been tested.
Launch isn't the finish line. I'll help you get comfortable using what we built, and support plans are there if you want help keeping it running.
