Have an idea?Let's talk it through.

Start your idea
An open notebook on a dark desk. The note reads: my idea; been on my mind for months; I know the what, not the how; no time with everything else; when? → someday, with “when? → someday” circled in red pen. As you scroll, the camera moves in, the ink dot above a small sketch lifts off the page, turns amber, and the Vinbatili mark forms beneath it.Loading
For small businesses and new ideas

Your idea doesn't have to wait.

You don't need to know which technology you need. Just tell us what you're trying to do.

Where are you starting from?

Pick the one that sounds like you. Either way, the first conversation is free.

For business owners

I run a business

You focus on running it. I’ll take the tech off your plate, from the first idea to the day it’s running.

For new ideas

I have a business idea

While you’re grinding the 9-to-5, I’m grinding that idea for you, from a plan to a launch-ready business.

01The idea

Most ideas don't fail. They wait.

It’s not that the idea is bad. It’s that there’s never a good time, the technology feels like a second job, and the business, or the 9-to-5, comes first. So it waits. You need someone who will help you take the first step, and then the next one.

A weekly planner where 'work on my idea' is crossed out and pushed to the next day, every day, ending with 'next week?'
Three example businesses. A notebook page headed “sound familiar?” lists three problems, each noted with who said it: opening soon, no website yet (a restaurant); inquiries slip through the cracks (a photographer); people can’t find us on Google (a hair salon). One by one, each line is checked off as its fix appears on the facing page: a phone with the restaurant’s new website, a tablet showing a photographer’s inquiry handled on its own with an AI summary, a welcome email and a booked consult, and a phone showing the salon’s complete map listing.Loading

02What we build

Websites

A site that works as hard as you do.

Starting something new, or never had a site? We build one mobile first and easy for you to update, with online ordering or booking if you need it, ready before your doors open.

03What we do

Build it. Grow it. Keep it running.

  • A pencil sketch of a website on paper next to a laptop where the same layout is being built, with a sticky note: test on phone

    Build

    From sketch to launch.

    • Websites that are easy to update
    • Online ordering and booking
    • Practical AI tools and assistants
    • Workflows that save you time
  • A phone with new inquiries, a five-star review and a booking confirmation, next to a chart of calls from Google rising

    Grow

    Turn interest into customers.

    • Google Business Profile setup and care
    • Local search visibility
    • Customer journeys and email follow-up
    • Lead capture and simple reporting
  • A tablet showing a monthly check: site up and fast, contact form tested, backup saved, updates installed, one item waiting on the owner

    Care

    Launch isn’t the finish line.

    • Tested before it goes live
    • Help getting comfortable using it
    • Optional support plans
    • A real person to talk to

Ongoing support is optional, and we agree on what it includes in each quote.

Why work with me

The right person to move it forward.

For 18 years, I’ve made sure technology works before people depend on it. Then I started asking the people around me one question: “What’s something you’ve been wanting to accomplish that technology could help you with?” Helping them answer it turned out to be what I enjoy most. That’s why I started Vinbatili.

  • You don’t need to speak tech. Bring the goal, and I’ll work out what it takes.
  • One person accountable, from the first call to launch.
  • It works before it goes live. Testing is what I’ve done for 18 years.
  • Right-sized, not oversold, with a fixed quote before any work starts.

04Let's talk

Ready when you are

Let’s start with a conversation.

You don’t need a plan, and you don’t need to share every detail. Tell us how to reach you and roughly what it’s about, and we’ll set up a short call.

Where are you starting from?

No commitment. What you share stays between us.

05Questions

Before you ask.

It’s said vin-bah-TEE-lee. It comes from a Haitian Creole phrase meaning “come build it.” That’s the whole idea: bring what you’re thinking about, and we’ll build it together.

No. Tell us what you want to happen, in plain words. We handle the technology and explain each choice as we go.

We figure out what needs to happen, bring the right tools to it, and take responsibility for getting it done. In practice, three steps. We listen: you tell us what you are trying to do, and we ask questions until the goal is clear. We plan it with you: we sketch the pieces together and agree on what comes first. Then we build it, test it and launch it, and you see progress along the way.

We focus on practical digital projects that help small businesses run better or grow: websites, online ordering and booking, Google Business Profiles, follow-up, and practical AI tools. If you’re not sure what you need, that’s what the first conversation is for.

Usually, yes. We start from what you already have, like your email, calendar, booking or payment tools, and design around it. The examples on this site are illustrations; what we build for you depends on your tools and what you need.

The first conversation is free. After it, you get a fixed quote for the work we agree on, so you know the full price before anything starts. If the scope changes along the way, we agree on the change together first.

It depends on the project. Your quote includes a timeline, and you’ll see progress along the way, so you’re never wondering where things stand.

That’s your call. Every project ends with a tested launch and help getting comfortable using what we built. If you’d like ongoing support for updates, fixes or improvements, we’ll include a support option in your quote. We recommend it for most projects, but it’s optional. If you’d rather not, everything is handed over so you own and manage it yourself.
